TerraLink is a Malaysian platform built around land. It brings together three things in one place: a land marketplace where buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and landowners connect directly; a marketplace of third-party physical products and services for land (equipment, infrastructure, cabins, professional services, and more); and a library of TerraLink-owned digital resources such as templates, checklists, and guides.

TerraLink covers three categories:

• Land listings — land for sale or rent, posted by other users. TerraLink is not a party to these transactions.
• Physical products & services — sold and fulfilled by third-party vendors (e.g. agriculture, land development, infrastructure, homestead, professional services).
• Digital resources — templates, checklists, guides and calculators created and sold directly by TerraLink.

Land listings are posted by individual users. TerraLink does not own, verify, or guarantee any listing. Buyers and tenants are responsible for conducting their own due diligence — including verifying title, ownership, zoning and approvals — before entering into any transaction.

Third-party physical products and services listed on TerraLink are sold and fulfilled by independent vendors. TerraLink is a marketplace and is not the seller, manufacturer, or service provider. Pricing, stock, delivery, installation, warranty and after-sales support are the responsibility of the vendor. Please review the vendor's own terms before purchasing.

All digital resources (templates, checklists, guides, calculators, bundles) are created, owned and sold directly by TerraLink. Support for these products is handled by our team.

TerraLink's digital templates and documents are educational and practical resources. They are not legal advice and are not, by themselves, a legally binding contract. Users are encouraged to seek independent legal advice from a qualified Malaysian advocate and solicitor before entering into any binding transaction.

After successful payment, TerraLink digital resources will be available in your account dashboard under Downloads. Physical products and services from third-party vendors are delivered or fulfilled directly by the vendor, not via the

Yes. TerraLink-owned digital resources can be re-downloaded from your account dashboard at any time unless otherwise stated.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Available payment methods may vary depending on your location and the seller.

Yes. A free TerraLink account is required to protect your purchases, provide re-download access for digital resources, and assist with customer support.

No. TerraLink is a marketplace platform for both land listings and third-party physical products and services. We do not guarantee listings, vendors, prices, quality, or outcomes. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any transaction.
